Michael Schriver Files as Republican for NC Senate

On February 16th Michael Schriver of Youngsville filed as a Republican candidate for the NC Senate`s 7th District currently held by Democrat Doug Berger. After graduating from Bunn High School in Franklin County, Schriver enlisted in the United States Marine Corps serving in the Persian Gulf War. Michael has worked in and around Franklin, Granville, Vance and Warren Counties over the last 20 years. During those years, he worked in the public sector until 2002 when he began his own small business. Since that time, Michael had been able to volunteer in the community where his passion for civic duty was rekindled. He believes he possesses the ability, character, and drive to make a difference for the people in the 7th District and looks forward to hearing and representing your concerns in Raleigh.
